Backwoodshuntingclub.com Trading Post Classifieds have been created for outdoorsman to find products and services needed. Although our Trading Post is intended to be used responsibly, we make no guarantee that any seller or Classified Ad in our Trading Post is legitimate. It is the buyer's responsibility to check references and/or verify that the seller and item actually exist and that the item will be sent. Backwoodshuntingclub.com assumes no responsibility for transactions that are arranged through our Trading Post Classifieds. To report a sold item or a problem on the Trading Post please send an email to admin@backwoodshuntingclub.com with classifieds in the subject line.
Miscellaneous
Without prejudice to our other rights under this terms of use, if you fail to abide by these terms of use when using our website, we will take all neccessary measures to ensure our protection including, but not limited to, informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or internet provider about the infringement(s). We will also inform law enforcement on any serious violation.
