How do I register for my free membership?
On the main page of the site you will see a "Become a Member" link in the "Join The Club" box up to your left. Click on that and fill out the register form. Fill out the form and click submit. You will then be able to access your account. If you are registering your business click on the register business link.
What about privacy? What if I don't want people to see my information?
No problem. When you register for a membership you will see a checkbox that says "Keep My Profile Private" just select this option and no one will see any information you enter except you on your own profile page to enjoy. You can change your privacy setting at any time by clicking "Edit Profile" on your profile page and selecting the same option.
How do I edit my Profile Page?
Go to your profile page and click on the Edit Profile link right beside your login name and change anything you want inside this modification form.
What is the Base Camp?
This is the main page of the site once you are logged in as a member. It will have your message inbox and recent information from what’s going on with the site. Here you can access all of the features of the website
What is my inbox?
This is an internal message system that is designed to send messages to only members of backwoodshuntingclub.com. When you add friends to your friends list it will show all friends in the address book when you click send a message.
How do I add Friends?
You can search members by clicking on the "Browse Members" link in the "My Base Camp" box. When you find a member that you would like to add as your friend click on their name. When their profile page loads click on the add friend link under their picture. You have successfully added a friend. To view your friends click on the "View Friends" link in the "My Base Camp" box or on your profile page.
Can anyone add to the Trophy Room, Backwoods TV, Articles, Backwoods Kitchen and Gear Reviews?
Anyone who is a registered member of www.backwoodshuntingclub.com can upload content to the site as long as it meets the Terms and Conditions.
How do I upload my pictures to the Trophy Gallery?
This also works for Backwoods TV, Articles, Backwoods Kitchen and Gear Reviews
All of the applications have a link that says click here to upload. This link will be found at the top of all the main application pages. Click on this link and fill in the form to enter your information and upload your files.
How do I add my own profile picture?
You can add your picture when you register with the upload picture box. Also on your personal profile page there is a link that says "Profile Picture" you can upload and or delete your picture there.
Why is my picture viewed so small?
When you upload a picture it will show the exact size you upload up to a certain limit set on the upload limits. So if you upload a thumbnail that is how it will be viewed. To find out the size of your picture open the folder it is in on your desktop. Right click over the picture and select properties. This will show you the size of your picture in pixels. For optimal viewing on this site the longest edge of your picture should not exceed 600 pixels and not be less than 200 pixels. Here is a fast easy site to resize pictures picresize.com

Absolutely not we welcome anyone with an interest in Hunting Fishing and the great outdoors , as a matter of fact one of our most active members is from Colorado. So feel free to join and make some new friends.
